Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before clicking the I Agree button, downloading, or using ClipBucket premium products. By clicking I Agree, downloading, or using the products, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not click I Agree and do not download or use the products.
The licensor grants the licensee, in accordance with this agreement, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the executable code of this software for personal and business purposes, provided the software retains all original copyright notices. This agreement does not entitle you to printed documentation, technical or phone support, or updates unless otherwise stated.
ClipBucket grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the premium products solely in accordance with this agreement. One license is valid for one domain/sub-domain. You may modify premium plugins for use with your licensed deployment only. Mobile apps are not open source and source code is not provided.
You agree not to—and you will not permit others to—license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the product or make it available to any third party without ClipBucket’s written permission.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of your order and we will try to resolve any issues. If we cannot resolve them, we will issue a 100% refund, excluding server setup/installation and other pre-stated non-refundable services or products.
ClipBucket may modify, suspend, or discontinue the product or any connected service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice and without liability to you.
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or ClipBucket. ClipBucket may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice. It terminates immediately if you fail to comply with any provision. You may terminate by removing the product and all related plugins from your domain and servers. Upon termination, you must cease all use and remove all plugins.
If any provision is held unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited or interpreted to achieve its intent to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
ClipBucket may modify or replace this agreement at any time at its sole discretion.
